About Kristy
Something brought you here. Perhaps it's the weight of responsibilities, relationships that feel strained or unfulfilling, or a sense that you would like more for your life.
I am glad you're here.
I work with adolescents and adults who want to live more fully, more freely, and more connected to themselves and to others. My work is relational and depth-oriented, meaning we address more than what is on the surface. We look at the patterns, history, and the stories you carry, and we work together to find more space and flexibility inside them.
I do this work because it is a privilege to be with you in both your pain and your transformation. I love to assist people in discovering their inner world to live more fully and deeply.
I draw primarily from psychodynamic and Jungian frameworks and integrate approaches, including DBT, emotion-focused, and somatic work to co-create a therapy that works for you. I have a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute.
I was born and raised in Orange County in Southern California and moved to Reno about two years ago. I feel a sense of home in the depth of Lake Tahoe and its surrounding landscape. I enjoy discovering Reno’s local gems and living fully and deeply through travel, time with loved ones and meaningful places, dancing, writing, and creating ceramics.
Carl Jung wrote “The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are." It would be my honor to help you do just that. If this resonates with you, I welcome you to book a session with me.
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are”.
