About ERica
Welcome—I’m glad you’re here. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, unheard, or unsure of your next step, you don’t have to sort through it alone. Many of the people I work with come in feeling disconnected from themselves, weighed down by stress or expectations, struggling to find their voice, or caught between who they’ve been and who they want to become. Folks often come to me feeling the pressure to perform, navigating burnout, perfectionism, or a mindset that no longer serves their goals.
My role is to help you reconnect with your strength, clarify what matters most, and build the emotional tools to move forward with confidence. I focus on sports performance and mindset, helping athletes and active individuals work through mental blocks, performance anxiety, confidence challenges, and the emotional demands of competition. Whether you're an athlete seeking a stronger mindset—or an individual navigating life transitions, identity, relationship stress, or systemic barriers. I tailor our work to the challenges you’re facing right now.
I offer a gentle, collaborative space where your experiences are honored and your voice truly matters. Guided by cultural humility and a commitment to equity, I understand that personal struggles rarely exist in isolation; they’re often shaped by community, identity, and the systems around us. Together, we can explore these layers at a pace that feels safe, grounding, and meaningful. My hope is you can feel more empowered in your daily life, your relationships, and your performance.
I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Nevada, Reno, with experience supporting adolescents, individuals impacted by child welfare involvement, survivors of domestic and sexual violence, and clients navigating high-stress environments and demanding expectations.
Outside of therapy, you can find me walking my dogs, spending quality time with my loved ones, recruiting my partner to watch another reality TV show with me, listening to a comedy podcast, lounging on my couch with my heated blanket, or trying a new restaurant in town!
“We’re all just walking each other home.”
